Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 5-7 business days to process and create your non-personalized order. For custom and personalized orders, please expect an email within 3 business days to confirm your customization request.  

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available for specific items at the customer service desk located at 11033 Carolina Place Parkway, Pineville NC 28134. If the local pickup option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local pickup and must be shipped.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Flat rate shipping is only offered on specific items and will be noted in the description of the item. To be eligible for flat rate shipping, purchase minimums may apply. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not currently offer international shipping at this time.
