Returns, Refunds, Exchanges Policy for Non-Customized and/or Non-Personalized Items
1. Returns and Refunds for Non-Customized and/or Non-Personalized Items
We have a 14-day return policy for Non-Customized and/or Non-Personalized items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your return request is accepted, you may return your items for a refund, less the cost of shipping and a 20% return re-stocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt with order number and proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Orders@SheHappyHomemaker.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1235 East Boulevard Suite E #848 Charlotte NC 28203. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less the cost of shipping and a 20% return re-stocking fee. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Orders@SheHappyHomemaker.com.
2. Exchanges for Non-Customized and/or Non-Personalized Items
No exchanges. We do not offer exchanges on any non-customized and/or non- personalized items.
3. Damages/Issues with Non-Customized Items and/or Non-Personalized Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Orders@SheHappyHomemaker.com no later than 14 days after receiving the order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

They do not affect the quality or durability of the product and are not considered defective or damaged and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards, final sale items, books, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products or accessories). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please check item description for eligible/ineligible designation. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We commit time, materials, and labor to create a product tailored specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made items, once your custom order is placed and your customization process has begun, we do not offer or accept returns on those custom-made items.

We do not offer exchanges on custom-made, customized, or personalized items. We commit time, materials, and labor to create a product tailored specifically for you. This commitment to customization means that once an order is placed, and work has commenced, we cannot provide refunds.
8. Cancellation Policy on Custom-made, Customized, and/or Personalized Items
Cancellation of custom-made, customized, and/or personalized orders may be made within 48 hours of placing the order and before the customization process has begun at Orders@SheHappyHomemaker.com.. Once customization has started, custom and/or personalized orders cannot be canceled.
9. Quality Assurance on Custom Made Items
We take quality seriously and strive to deliver products that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship. If you receive a custom-made, customized, and/or personalized item that is defective or does not meet the specifications agreed upon during the customization process, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will work with you to address and rectify any legitimate quality concerns.
