Hi! I'm so glad you're here!

I'm Nik, the She behind She Happy Homemaker. I'm a mom, and a wife, and pretty much a powerhouse (at least in my mind) or creativity. I created this business during Covid era where we were all stuck in the house. Stuck in the house, in the house stuck. I was both bored out of my mind and fearful of the future at the same time. I decided to take that fear and step into the unknown. I've always had a love for wood and a love for crafting and decided to lean into both, instilling my own personal brand of snark and humor. As it turns out, I'm pretty darned good at it. It's a dirty job, but somebody's gotta do it! 

I love doing custom work. The ability to take an idea from your head and bring it to life in wood or any other substrate brings me a joy I never knew I'd find in this life.  Eventually there will be a blog and a newsletter attached to this Happy Homemaker Sh*t. Stay in touch!
